The Payment Timeline
The Retainer
50% of Estimate
Due upon signing the contract. This non-refundable deposit secures your spot on our design calendar and begins the initial proofing phase.
Production
30% of Estimate
Due upon final approval of your digital mockups. Once paid, plates are ordered and your designs are sent to our letterpress and printing team.
Final Balance
Remaining 20%
Due prior to shipping. This invoice includes shipping costs and any final adjustments or additions made during the production phase.
Pricing Questions
Do you have a minimum spend?
Our minimum order quantity for printing is 50 suites. Due to the intensive setup process for letterpress and foil, smaller quantities are not cost-effective. Remember to count addresses, not guests!
Are envelopes included?
Yes, all of our base packages include a high-quality main envelope in your choice of standard colors. Return address printing is also included on the back flap.
How much is custom artwork?
Custom venue sketches start at $150, and custom watercolor crests start at $200. Once created, you own the artwork and can use it on day-of stationery like menus and signs.
